Born and raised in Chicago, IL;  I have lived in many beautiful parts of the United States including California, Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii and now the amazing PNW.                                     

I have always worked in the customer service industry; restaurants, hotels and airlines.  For the last 20+ years I have found my passion in massage therapy and feel blessed to continue to learn and grow.

I specialize in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Lomi Pohaku (hot stones), Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. In addition to these, I have continued my training over the last 20+ years in many modalities such as Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Soft Tissue Release, Cupping and Craniosacral Therapy.    I am always happy to incorporate these into massage sessions to customize the session to your needs be it pain relief, relaxation or both.
